It was Casey's birthday on the 19th so we decided to have a little party. We went to dinner at Texas Roadhouse with his parents after work. Then we came back to our new house for presents and dessert - my parents also stopped by. Casey LOVES ice cream so what could be better than cake and ice cream in one?! He loves ColdStone Creamery ice cream cakes so I indulged him for his birthday. (at about $30 a pop he isn't usually so spoiled)... Charlie was so excited to see my mother in law because she is the bringer of food (she used to fix him a hot breakfast every morning at her house). Notice in this picture his tail wagging so fast its a blur on camera.
Casey is soo excited about his presents...and who wouldn't be with such beautifully wrapped gifts! (ha, I was "wrapping" after school one night and just threw things in boxes and whatnot. Usually I'm big on wrapping everything very nicely).

Yay, happy birthday, Casey! That cake sure looks good - too bad we couldn't enjoy it with Casey haha..
So what were the presents? I'm dying to know. We sent him a birthday card, so let me know if/when you get it. Our mail seems to be super slow sometimes so I don't know how long til you'll get it.
Happy Birthday Casey!! I want some cake, did you save some for me? And wow, 29 years old!!
